How can I convince my European friends to do ... - Fitness Websites

After reading all the intelligent conservative posts here I understand now we got it all wrong when we provide health care to everyone like health and well being should be the first concern. I realize we ignore the needs of the insurance company CEO?s and the rules of the free market. Profit never even crosses our minds like health care is a right instead of a privilege. So inspired by the brave and erudite conservative posters on my favorite website I?m trying to change that mindset

However when I proposed abolishing our universal health care in favor of the American system I was met with a lot of hostility, some even questioned my sanity quoting statistics that show the US spends more per capita than we do and still has a millions of uninsured people.

Any idea how I can persuade my neighbors, country men and fellow Europeans to overcome the socialist oppression of universal health care?

Show them how here in the States we rank 37th in health care by the WHO, have a lower life expectancy than the majority of Western European countries, and then top it with the cherry that is the US?s infant mortality rate. You know, second to last in the developed world.

Explain it all away that it?s really just people?s lack of personal responsibility behind these figures and has nothing to do with actual access.
